Terms and conditions
PremiseThis document (General Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded at a distance through the website www.antonioderricoshop.com (hereinafter "Site") between the company AMONREE S.R.L. (hereinafter "Amonree") and the purchaser of the Products qualified as a consumer (that is, the only natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, hereinafter, "Customer").

- GENERAL SALES PROVISIONS
In order to make purchases through the Site, the Customer must necessarily have the age of majority (18 years) and the ability to act: these requirements must be expressly stated by the Customer.
The purchase of the Products is intended exclusively for persons qualifying as consumers or only natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity they may carry out.
These General Conditions of Sale are applicable only and exclusively to the Sales Contracts concluded through the Site by Customers who reside and indicate a delivery address in the territory of the Italian or European state.
The Site can be accessed from all over the world. However, it is not allowed to purchase from Customers resident in the territory of the European Union who however indicate a delivery address outside the territory of the European Union.
The information relating to each individual Product is shown on the Site, through textual and photographic contents; the photographic contents have the sole purpose of presenting the Products for sale. Since the chromatic aspects may not represent with absolute fidelity the real Product, also for effect of the browser or the monitor used by the Customer, Amonree, for such aspects, does not guarantee the absolute coincidence between the image on the Site and the real Product.
For each product availability is indicated on the Site; the sale of the products is subject to availability on the Site, and it will not be possible to purchase Products presented as not available on the Site.
Amonree reserves the right to modify the information relating to each Product, the assortment of Products on the Site and their availability at any time and without notice.
If Amonree deems it necessary, these General Conditions of Sale may change at any time and without notice; Any changes made will be deemed valid from the date of publication of the document on the Site and will apply exclusively to orders placed after that date.
- ORDER OF PRODUCTS
In order to proceed with the purchase of the desired Products, present on the Site and available for sale or pre-order, The Customer must place the Products of interest in the virtual shopping cart and can then choose to complete the purchase of the Products in the virtual shopping cart, completing the procedure by selecting the chosen payment method.
On the occasion of the first purchase (Guest Customer), the Customer must provide their data to complete the order and the contract of sale, and, during the purchase process, will have the possibility to register thus creating a personal account in order to make purchases from the Site.
In the case of purchase as a registered Customer, the Customer will access the Site with their credentials, before completing the purchase procedure.
In order to proceed with the purchase The Customer must access the detail page of each product he intends to purchase, by clicking on the image of the product or on the title. If you intend to purchase the product, the customer must select the size and possible color among those available for the product and place the product of interest in the virtual cart, by clicking on the appropriate button "ADD TO CART" which is found on the product detail page itself.
After adding each product to the virtual cart, the Customer will have the opportunity to continue shopping, viewing other Products and eventually adding them to the cart, or proceed with checkout or complete the purchase procedure.
If the Customer chooses to proceed with checkout, it will reach a summary page of the contents of the virtual cart for which it is about to purchase where it will have the opportunity to change the quantities of items in the cart, or remove some items from the cart.
In this section the Customer can view the total price of the items in the cart, net of any costs due to shipping or payment method chosen, that will be highlighted to the Customer after the latter has chosen the shipping options and the method of payment
Several steps will be followed in order to checkout:
- Entering personal information, with the possibility of ordering or logging in as a registered user, if you have previously registered on the Site.
- Enter shipping and billing addresses.
- Choice of payment method.
- Payment: the Customer can proceed with the payment, finalizing the order, which will be forwarded to Amonree.
The total amount of the order, including the price of the Products and the shipping cost (to be paid by Amonree) must be paid for its entirety in a single solution, through the payment methods made available to the Customer by Amonree.
The selling price of the Products is the price in force at the time of the order on the Site and is expressed in Euro and includes all applicable taxes and/or taxes (including VAT) and includes shipping costs (SHIPPING IS FREE FOR THE CUSTOMER)
The Prices shown on the Site for each product are constantly checked in order to verify their correctness, however, due to technical problems not immediately detected, it may occur that the price reported for one or more items is clearly lower than the price normally applied, also net of any discounts and/ or promotions in force.
In this case, the Customer is requested not to complete the order procedure for the aforementioned Products and to promptly report the anomaly with an email to the support info@antonioderricoshop.com
If the Customer does so despite completing the order process, Amonree reserves the right to cancel the order, proceeding to promptly notify the Customer and refund, in favor of the same, any amount already paid and will not exist for Amonree, the obligation to deliver the ordered goods.

The Customer will receive an SMS or an e-mail from the courier at the time of delivery, indicating the expected date and time of delivery and the code that will allow the Customer to track the progress of the shipment.
The indicative and non-binding delivery times, unless unforeseen, are one or two working days throughout the country (for the islands, there are two additional working days). *
Working days are all those between Monday and Friday, including, therefore excluding Saturday and Sunday and any holidays during the week.
*During the current emergency phase linked to the epidemic from Covid-19 delivery times may change.

In case of payment by credit/debit card, Amonree uses the WooCommerce Payments Platform that with its transmission protocols guarantees payments in absolute security.
The Customer will receive the receipt for the purchase made exclusively in electronic format
The Customer may request the issuance of the tax invoice only during the order procedure, subsequently entering, if required, his VAT number or his Tax Code. It will not be possible to request the issue of the invoice after completing the order.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of delivery of the goods.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending, within the period indicated above, a written communication to AMONREE SRL- VIA GENERALE CARLO ALBERTO DELLA CHIESA, 23 82030- SANT'ARPINO (CE).
Amonree immediately communicates to the Customer a confirmation of receipt, on a durable medium (email or fax) of the withdrawal exercised.
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the appropriate form (WITHDRAWAL FORM) or submit any other explicit statement of his decision to withdraw from the contract, to be sent to the address and in the manner indicated above.
The withdrawal is authorized by the company, which sends the pre-compiled label for shipment (which is charged to the customer).
The Customer who exercises the right of withdrawal must then return - without delay and in any case within 14 working days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract - the product perfectly intact and in the same conditions in which it was received ( it will not be possible to return goods used by the customer or private of the appropriate labels) and in the original packaging together with the receipt of purchase to the company AMONREE SRL- VIA GENERALE CARLO ALBERTO DELLA CHIESA, 23 82030- SANT'ARPINO (CE).
For the expiration of the term, the goods are deemed to be returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the forwarding agent. The shipment of the product to the sender is at the expense of the Customer and under the responsibility of the same. The Company, after the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the product or, at the latest, after receiving the product and having verified the integrity of the same, will refund to the Customer exclusively the price of the product paid by the Customer within 14 days.
The company, once verified if the conditions for withdrawal are met (warranty seal unchanged) issues the reimbursement of the cost of the product, net of additional costs (e.g. return costs)

The Company, once the return request has been received and the resulting evaluations have been made, communicates the outcome of the same no later than 24 hours.
Before returning the goods, the Customer must wait for receipt of the return authorization form which will indicate the RETURN AUTHORISATION CODE and the pre-compiled label to be affixed to the package, which will be sent to him by Amonree by e-mail.
For the return of the goods subject, the Customer can Ship the Product with a service chosen by the Customer. Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction. In the case of payments made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the current account that the Customer will indicate to Amonree.
The returned Products must be new, in excellent condition, and must only have been tested, therefore without any signs of wear or dirt.
The Products must be returned inside the original packaging, equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and labels. In particular, the labels, for the purpose of return, can not be removed in any case and their removal determines the non-refundable product. *
In the case of return of the Products by shipment, the Products must then be placed inside a suitable packaging box, together with the transport document present in the original packaging.
For this purpose, the box used for the delivery of the Products can be used, taking care to remove or obscure any label or material related to the previous shipment.
If the returned Products do not comply with the requirements or the terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are not respected, the withdrawal will not be effective. In this case the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid.
The acceptance or non-acceptance of the returned Products will be reported to the Customer by email.
Amonree is not responsible for the refund of Products shipped but not received due to loss, theft or damage or other causes not attributable to Amonree.
***Please note that all products are carefully inspected before shipment and have a label (warranty seal) that certifies their conformity; returned products must have the seal unchanged.
- LEGAL ASSURANCE OF COMPLIANCE AND LIABILITY
In order to avail of the guarantee, the Customer must report the lack of conformity to Amonree no later than two months from the date on which he discovered the defect, by sending an email to assistenza@antonioderricoshop.com containing:
- Your personal data;
- Indication of the order number;
- Indication of the defect and/or non-conformity found;
- At least 1 photograph of the Product showing the non-compliance found.
Amonree cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the order in due time, or for the non-performance of the Contract of Sale, in the event that they are due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure or for any reason whatsoever not attributable to Amonree; in the same way cannot be held responsible for all inconveniences or damages resulting from the use of the Internet network or from the bad or intensive use of the articles sold on the Site.
